AN Ayrshire pub has changed hands in a deal brokered by property firm Graham & Sibbald.
The Braehead Bar, which is situated in Kilmarnock town centre, currently offers a traditional public bar, as well as a function room, office and kitchen; there is said to be potential to develop a restaurant within the outlet.
Previously operated by a tenant, and owned by pubco Hawthorn Leisure, the Braehead Bar is said to have been snapped up by a local operator.
Marketed with a price tag of offers in the region of ÂŁ90,000, the final sales price was not disclosed.
