A HOTEL in the West Dumbartonshire town of Clydebank, which is currently closed, is set to reopen after it changed hands in a deal brokered by property firm Graham & Sibbald.
Occupying a four storey building on Kilbowie Road, the Radnor Hotel is said to be a sizeable property; the hotel comprises three large public bars, two function rooms, two commercial kitchens, an office, and 13 double en suite letting bedrooms.
The property’s new owners have begun work renovating the building to reopen it as a hotel, according to Graham & Sibbald.
Marketed at offers in the region of ÂŁ350,000 for the heritable property, the final sales price was not disclosed.
