OPERATORS looking for an outlet on one of Glasgow’s busiest thoroughfares might be interested in the unit that formerly housed the Torres Tapas Restaurant & Wine Bar on Sauchiehall Street.
The fully-fitted and equipped eatery can seat 42 diners through a mixture of booth, fixed back and loose table and chairs.
The restaurant had operated in its previous incarnation as a tapas restaurant since 2008 and is said to benefit from a modern design and fit-out.
Agent CDLH, which is marketing the property, is seeking rental offers of over £37,500 for the leasehold with a reduced premium of £15,000.
