A PUB which is a popular live music venue in the Dumfriesshire town of Thornhill is for sale via legal firm Pollock & McLean.
Located around 14 miles north of Dumfries, the Farmer’s Arms is said to attract a mix of locals and tourists. The current owner has decided to sell the Farmer’s Arms in order to retire.
The property comprises an open-plan bar, lounge, as well as a separate lounge with its own bar; there’s also two-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
“This established business has been well managed and offers quality premises,” said Pollock & McLean in a statement. It is marketing the business at offers in the region of £250,000.
