A LOCH-side hotel in the west coast village of Tarbert with “enviable” views of Tarbert Bay and Loch Fyne has been acquired by a local operator.
Said to offer potential for multiple income streams, The Victoria Hotel has six letting bedrooms, a conservatory restaurant, lounge bar and beer garden; an owner’s flat was included in the sale.
Scottish Business Centre, which handled the sale of the hotel for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of offers over £265,000, said the property offers a “tremendous opportunity to increase overall asset value”.
