New lease of life for Bay Inn

The Bay Inn, Fife
The Fife business is currently closed.

A PUB and restaurant in the Fife town of Dalgety Bay has been snapped up by the operators behind local bar, Louie Brown’s.

Located in what’s said to be a prominent position within a busy shopping arcade, the Bay Inn, which is currently closed, comprises an open-plan dining area with conservatory, a separate lounge bar, function room and four-bedroom owner’s flat; there’s also a large beer garden and two separate patio areas providing space for up to 92 covers.

Sold on behalf of Hawthorn Leisure by Graham & Sibbald, the property is set to be refurbished and relaunched as a new bar/restaurant by the new owners later this year; future plans may include a boutique hotel, subject to planning, said the agent.

The sale price was not disclosed.
