Deli on course for new owner

Corbie & Cheip
The deli is housed in the former Gleneagles bakery

A PERTHSHIRE delicatessen which trades as a wine bar in the evenings has come onto the books of property firm Graham & Sibbald.

Corbie & Cheip occupies the former Gleneagles bakery on Auchterarder High Street.

Built in 1848, the property was refurbished less than three years ago by the current tenant and is, the agent says, presented in “excellent condition”. The outlet can accommodate up to 50 covers.

Graham & Sibbald, which is marketing the property with a price tag of offers around £85,000 for the leasehold, said the business attracts a mix of locals and visitors to the area and the nearby Gleneagles resort.
