THE operator behind Brazillian eatery Fazenda Bar & Grill has opened its first outlet in Scotland.
City District Group recently completed the £2 million refurbishment of the 175-cover restaurant on George Street, Edinburgh.
Tomas Maunier of Fazenda said the restaurants are inspired by top South American eateries. They specialise in grilled meats served in “a unique Brazillian way”.
Fazenda Edinburgh joins the group’s existing outlets in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
