A 94-bedroom Glasgow city centre hotel which is said to offer buyers a “rare investment opportunity” is for sale.
Occupying a prominent corner site at the junction of Waterloo Street and Blythswood Street, Hotel Indigo Glasgow, which is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), is said to benefit from good transport links; it is located within a short walk of the city’s two train stations.
The hotel also has a cocktail bar, a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurant, as well as a guest gym.
Offered for sale with an IHG franchise agreement under the Indigo brand, the building is currently undergoing a “refresh” which is due to be completed in the coming months.
JLL Hotels & Hospitality and Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the hotel on behalf of its current owners, Maven Capital; price is available on application.
