FISHMONGER M&J Seafood has bolstered its seafood range with two new products.
The first, Breaded Wasabi King Prawn Bites, are said to be “a great alternative to scampi”. With a breadcrumbed outer coating, the bites are available in 454g packs and useful as a starter, main or as part of a sharing platter.
The second release is the MSC Smoked Haddock Kedgeree Fishcake Balls; the 80g balls, which are available in packs of 40, can be cooked in the oven and are described as “a novel starter or light bite”.
