A TRIO of sites in Stirling and Falkirk have come onto the books of property firm Christie & Co after the outlets’ parent company went in to administration.

Johnston’s Bar & Bistro in Falkirk is described as being “favourably positioned on the town’s high street, surrounded by shops and stores”. The ground floor has a capacity of 45 covers with a further 40 covers on the mezzanine level.

Hotel and restaurant Cooks of Stirling in Stirling’s city centre includes seven en suite letting rooms and a private dining area for functions.

The third property is a three-storey development site, also in Stirling; planning permission has been granted for a licensed lounge and restaurant on the ground and first floors of the site, with a dance floor in the basement and letting rooms on the second floor.

Christie & Co is seeking £325,000 for the freehold of Johnston’s Bar & Bistro, £550,000 for the freehold of Cooks of Stirling and £495,000 for the freehold of the licensed development site.
