A RESTAURANT on Leith’s Commercial Street has come onto the market.
The 65-cover Black Pig & Oyster restaurant is said to have been refurbished to a high standard by the current owner, with the interior featuring exposed brickwork as well as a steel and glass extension overlooking the waterfront; seating for an additional 20 covers is available opposite the waterfront quay.
Tony Spence of Christie & Co, which is handing the sale, said the unit would be best suited to a chef proprietor or experienced multiple operator. The property is on the market with a price tag of £90,000 for the leasehold.
