SINGLE malts from Glengoyne Distillery took centre stage in Glasgow bars last month as part of a special whisky trail.
Parent company Ian Macleod Distillers created a bespoke Glengoyne serve for each of the six participating venues: Porter & Rye, The Drugstore Social, The Pot Still, Citizen M, Ardnamurchan and Blythswood Square Hotel; consumers could collect a stamp for each serve and then share an image of the completed stamp collection on social media using the hashtag #GlengoyneFestiveCollection to win a complimentary tour at the Glengoyne Distillery at Dumgoyne, north of Glasgow.
Serves on the whisky trail included One For The Road at Porter & Rye, which featured Glengoyne Cask Strength; A Winter’s Tale at Ardnamurchan, which included Glengoyne 10 year old; and a dram of Glengoyne 21 year old at The Pot Still.
