PRODUCE from the walled garden at Gordon Castle in Fochabers takes centre stage in a new miniature gin set launched in time for the festive season.
The three-strong range comprises Distilled Gordon Castle Gin, which is made using botanicals from the castle’s walled garden; and Plum Gin Liqueur and Raspberry Gin Liqueur, which each feature fruit from the garden.
Angus Gordon Lennox, owner of Gordon Castle, said: “The trio will give gin lovers the opportunity to sample all three of our Highland gins, which have been carefully crafted using hand-grown ingredients from our very own walled garden.”
