AN eight-bedroom hotel in the remote setting of Kinbrace, Sutherland, has changed hands after being marketed by property firm ASG Commercial.
The Garvault Hotel is said to attract a mix of tourists and sportsmen drawn to the area for its stalking and fishing; the hotel is set in 34.5 acres and has its own stocked trout pond.
In addition to the eight letting rooms and “extensive” public areas, the property also offers owner’s accommodation.
ASG director, Jackie MacGregor, said: “In the last few months the hotel has attracted a lot of attention with many viewers, resulting in three offers on the table all at the same time.”
