TENNENT’S has launched a new online portal and app for its wholesale customers.
MyTennent’s provides a link to online ordering system Tennent’s Direct, allowing licensees to place orders at any time of the day, access online-only deals and check their previous order histories.
A business advice section is also available to offer operators help with various aspects of running a business, including a yearly event planner and advice on staff rotas, legislation and accounting.
Other sections include information on line cleaning and cellar management as well as a guide to the range of training available at the Tennent’s Training Academy.
Digital marketing manager at Tennent’s, Carolyn Bishop, said: “The portal has been built with our customers, involving many of them in the development to ensure it’s of the utmost benefit to the trade.
“As Scotland’s leading on-trade wholesaler, we have worked with our customers to build a platform that supports them in managing and promoting their outlet, ordering stock, training staff, and ultimately driving sales.”
