AN Edinburgh coffee shop is in new hands following a short period of marketing by property firm The Restaurant Agency.
The leasehold to Odds & Ends Coffee House in the Polwarth area of the capital has been taken on by experienced operators Iain and Margaret Boyd, who have units in Stockbridge and Dunkeld.
Iain said: “We are delighted to have taken over Odds & Ends Coffee House and will continue business as normal, allowing a period of settling in.
“We have plans to feed some of our menu from Stockbridge into the new location over time.”
Alan Goldie of The Restaurant Agency said the sale highlighted the “continuing strengthening of the Edinburgh market with experienced operators adding to their customer base via more outlets”.
