A NEW family-owned Italian restaurant and deli has opened in the East Dunbartonshire town of Bearsden.
Amici di Carlo was launched by Carlo Andreucetti, following a root and branch refurbishment of the former bakery and cafe.
Andreucetti worked with catering equipment firm Quality Equipment Distributors (QED), which supplied all the building refurbishment, shop-fitting, electrical and plumbing work, as well as the bulk of the catering equipment. “I have nothing but the highest praise for QED, which delivered a complex project with great expertise, on time and on budget,” said Andreucetti.
