WHOLESALER Dunns Food and Drinks will host its first Craft Marketplace event for trade customers next month.

Taking place on Thursday November 2 in the Dissection Room at Edinburgh’s Summerhall venue, the event will include exhibits by almost 20 food and drinks suppliers, with attendees able to sample new and seasonal products.

Marketplace deals will also be exclusively available to customers at the event, which will run from 12noon until 7pm.

Dunns said the event, which is free to attend for the company’s customers, will feature “some of the best products in craft beer, drinks and foodservice”.

The delivered wholesaler unveiled its first exhibitor on social media as East Lothian-based cider maker Thistly Cross, and plans to announce further details about the line-up in the run up to the event.

Managing director of Dunns Food and Drinks, Jim Rowan, said: “This is our first marketplace event but it’s already shaping up to be a great day and we’ve had lots of interest in response to our initial launch.”

Marketing manager Hayley Tait added that the team is “really looking forward to seeing lots of our customers and suppliers alike in what is a very unique room”.
