A PERTHSHIRE village inn which occupies a prominent roadside location has come onto the books of Smith & Clough.
The recently-refurbished Anglers Inn in Guildtown has undergone an “extensive” refurbishment in the past two years and comprises a lounge bar, which can accommodate 30 people, a 55-cover restaurant and five en suite letting rooms; there’s also a one-bedroom owner’s flat.
The property agent’s Graeme Smith said the business offers further potential for growth.
“Set within a pleasing village location six miles north of Perth, the Anglers Inn is an excellent opportunity for a chef operator or a family,” he said.
