COCKTAIL and mixer brand Funkin has introduced a range of festive cocktail mixes to help licensees drive seasonal sales throughout Christmas and New Year.
Designed to put a twist on various classics, Funkin’s mixes feature various Christmas cocktails, such as the Snow Spiked Stilleto (pictured), which includes 25ml Funkin Pro Pomegranate Puree, 12.5ml Funkin Pro Rhubarb Syrup and prosecco.
And its New Year’s Eve cocktails features the likes of the Midnight Firework, which consists of 50ml Absolut Vanilla, 50ml Funkin Pro Passion Fruit Puree, 12.5ml Funkin Pro Pure Pour Lime, 25ml Funkin Pro Spiced Syrup; garnish with a party popper.
Its recipes are described as suitable for “every type of outlet and staff skill level”.
Commenting on the Christmas and New Year cocktail serves, Funkin managing director Andrew King said it is “important for operators to offer special or themed cocktails” during the festive season “to take advantage of this sales opportunity”.
“Funkin’s range of holiday cocktails is the perfect way to add some spice to a drinks menu,” said King.
