Who will put faith in Grangemouth pub?

BUYERS looking for a pub that’s a little bit different might be interested in the Earl of Zetland in Grangemouth.

Housed in a converted Victorian church, which is thought to date back to the 1880s, the building first became a pub in 2007. It retains several of the building’s original features, including the church organ, which is housed above the bar.

Occupying a central position within Grangemouth, opposite the town hall and next to a busy shopping area, the pub, which is currently owned by Hawthorn Leisure, is said to be well placed in terms of passing trade.

Colliers International is handling the sale and inviting offers over £500,000.
