A LOCH–SIDE hotel in the Highlands has changed hands between seasoned hoteliers in a deal brokered by property firm Colliers International.
The Four Seasons Hotel in St Fillans, Perthshire, which has been owned by Andrew Low since 1999, was sold to experienced hotelier Susan Stuart.
Returning from London to take on the business, Stuart said she feels “privileged to be the guardian of what is one of the most outstanding hotels in the area”.
Marketed at offers over £795,000, the final sale price was not disclosed.
