AWARD-winning bartender Marcis Dzelzainis took 56 budding mixologists through his unique approach to drinks at last Tuesday’s Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands industry workshop – Jigger Beaker, Glass – in Glasgow.
The event is part of a UK-wide tour by the drinks giant aimed at “educating and inspiring bartenders”.
During the event Dzelzainis held a seminar on a modern approach to cocktails using contemporary and traditional methods.
