A LICENSED boutique-style restaurant in the Cairngorms National Park has been placed on the market.
The Letterbox Restaurant, in the village of Newtonmore, is said to be in a prime trading location.
The selling agent claims the restaurant is currently trading as a “successful and charming business”.
Paul Hart of property firm ASG Commercial, who is handling the sale, described the village eatery as an “easy-to-operate business model, making the Letterbox an ideal venture for first time entrepreneurs”.
The property also comes with owner’s accommodation which includes spacious bedrooms and an open plan lounge and dining area.
All of its rooms are described as being decorated to a high standard.
Hart added: “The Letterbox Restaurant is a very attractive property, and a well-established business in a strong Highland community.
“Offers are invited in the region of £370,000.”
