Equipment supplier Nelson said choosing the right glasswasher and using it correctly is vital.
The firm advised operators to choose a glasswasher with a ‘soft start’ option which does not ‘shock’ the glass causing cracks or chips; and to stack glassware securely in baskets to prevent scratching.
