A NEW owner is being sought for a pub in Greenock town centre.
Slanj, which has been vacant for some time, is said to offer significant potential for redevelopment, according to selling agent Seymour & Clink.
The property was formerly run as a pub and live music venue, but could be used as a 100-cover restaurant, said the property firm.
The outlet comprises a main bar and kitchen and is currently arranged to accommodate 50 people seated and 250 standing. The rateable value is said to be £47,000.
Seymour & Clink is seeking offers in the region of £120,000 for the property, equipment, fixtures and fittings.
