RESTAURATEURS seeking to acquire an established business might be interested in an outlet in the centre of Inverness which has come onto the market.
The Kitchen, which opened eight years ago, occupies a purpose-built, glass-fronted building on Huntly Street. It has a capacity of 80 covers across three floors and is said to have an annual turnover of almost £1 million.
The restaurant is available on a leasehold basis for offers over £225,000.
Alan Goldie of The Restaurant Agency, who is handling the sale, said the property represents “a truly stunning opportunity”.
He said he expects The Kitchen to attract interest from corporate and independent operators.
