THE firm behind anCnoc whisky has released a limited edition 18 year old expression of the Highland single malt.
Matured in Spanish oak ex-sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon casks, the 46% ABV non chill-filtered single malt is described as “bursting with oriental spices and toasted vanilla with a full-bodied taste”.
Stephanie Bridge, assistant brand manager for anCnoc, which is part of Inver House Distillers’ portfolio, said 2014 has been the “most ambitious year to date” for the brand.
“We are confident that our new anCnoc 18 year old will be extremely popular amongst single malt aficionados with its unique taste profile and striking packaging,” said Bridge.
