COMMERCIAL property agency Christie & Co has been appointed to sell the freehold interest of the former Cincinnati Poker Club in the Tradeston area of Glasgow.
The property, which was a Greek restaurant for 12 years and, prior to that, the Glasgow Savings Bank, comprises a bar area, poker saloon and a purpose-built mezzanine which has a capacity of 120. The building has a number of original features, including a domed copula and cornice work.
Michael Sim of Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, said the currently-closed property previously operated as a “successful poker club and late night entertainment venue”.
“Situated on a busy thoroughfare, this superb property can lend itself to a wide range of businesses, particularly restaurants, due to its location and internal theme,” said Sim.
Christie & Co is seeking offers of £280,000 for the freehold interest.
