A SEAFRONT hotel in Helensburgh has come onto the books of Seymour & Clink.
The Imperial Hotel comprises seven en suite letting rooms, a public bar and a lounge bar/function room; there’s also an owner’s flat.
Seymour & Clink said the hotel, which is not currently trading, offers scope for development by new owners.
“The hotel is situated on the seafront, with superb views over the pier and the River Clyde,” said the property firm.
“This is an excellent trading location in an affluent town and presents an opportunity to acquire and renovate what was once a popular and busy hotel.”
Offers over £395,000 plus VAT are being sought for the freehold.
