AN established restaurant business in Glenrothes has been sold for £940,000, commercial property agency Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has announced.
The fully licensed Chinese buffet Wok ‘n’ Spice is a custom-built unit at Bankhead Park near the A92 route.
Jonathan Reid, commercial partner at Shepherd, said: “We are delighted to conclude this sale, after much interest in this property, to a buyer who will continue to operate the existing restaurant.”
Property agency Ryden acted on behalf of the purchaser.
