THE long-established Rawalpindi Indian restaurant in Glasgow is up for sale.
The eatery has been trading on the city’s Sauchiehall Street for more than 30 years.
It can accommodate 80 covers and is said to attract trade from office workers, shoppers, local residents and students.
Jonathan Clough, director of Smith & Clough, which is marketing the premises at offers over £120,000 for the leasehold, said: “I am delighted to be handling the sale of the Rawalpindi, which is a much-loved Glasgow institution.
“I am expecting high levels of interest from Indian operators as well as other restaurant operators.”
