SCOTTISH chef Tom Kitchin is to extend his Michelin Star Leith restaurant The Kitchin.
Kitchin plans to expand the eatery into the neighbouring Chop Chop restaurant following its closure.
Work will be carried out during The Kitchin’s annual closure after Christmas, with the restaurant set to reopen in January 2015.
Kitchin said: “For me and our team in the kitchen, it will mean more space and, more importantly, the dining space will be more comfortable for our guests.”
