THE Ben Loyal hotel in the village of Tongue, Sutherland, has come onto the books of Colliers International.

Located on the northern seaboard, the 11-bedroom hotel has a public bar, dining room and residents’ lounge. A five-bedroom cottage is also included as part of the sale.
Alistair Letham, a director with Colliers International, said the hotel has an “excellent reputation”.
“The Ben Loyal is ideal for resident proprietors to take over this well-known and popular hotel business,” said Letham.
Offers around £450,000 are being sought for the business.
