THE Kirklands Hotel in Kinross, Perthshire, has been placed on the market offering prospective buyers the chance to pick up a ‘live-in’ business.
The hotel comprises nine letting bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and beer garden; there’s also an owner’s flat.
Derek Burgoyne of selling agent Cornerstone said the current owners have “transformed the Kirklands Hotel into one of the most attractive and successful hotel and restaurants in a wide surrounding area”.
“The hotel has been renovated throughout and is tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary style and this has been rewarded by impressive levels of growing trade and equally good returns,” said Burgoyne.
The hotel is on the market with a guide price of £900,000.
