Fife hotel and leisure centre is on the market
A HOTEL and leisure centre in Fife has come onto the market through Cornerstone Business Agents.
Located in the village of Freuchie, Lomond Hills Hotel and Leisure Centre is being sold on behalf of hotelier Ronnie Dick.
The business comprises 24 en suite letting bedrooms, a ballroom, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms; there’s also a swimming pool and leisure centre.
Derek Burgoyne of Cornerstone Business Agents, who is marketing the property with a price tag of ÂŁ1 million, said he expects the hotel to generate a lot of interest from potential buyers.
“I have known Ronnie for many years, having sold two of his previous licensed premises and we are both honoured and delighted to have been instructed to market the Lomond Hills Hotel on his behalf,” he said.
“The Lomond Hills Hotel is quite simply one of the best hotels in Fife and in fact regularly takes first place on Trip Advisor beating the prestigious hotels of St. Andrews, which is only 17 miles away.
“The hotel has an excellent reputation and enjoys thriving trade in all departments with food playing a major role in the business as well as functions and weddings in the Adams Suite function room and conservatory.
“The swimming pool and leisure centre makes the business just that little bit more exceptional.”
