EDINBURGH bartender Michael Braun is in the mix to be crowned UK champion at the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition this month.
Braun, of Queen Street venue Panda & Sons, topped the regional heat held in Edinburgh and will face winners from heats in Manchester, Belfast, Bristol and London plus two additional wildcard entries on September 25.
The winner of the UK final will go on to represent the country in the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition in May 2015.
Braun made the final last year while working at Bibis Italianissimo in Leeds.
