STAR Pubs & Bars is training 80 of its mystery shoppers to pour the perfect pint, as part of a focus on quality across its estate.
The Pint Perfection training course, which is also available to the company’s lessees, will allow mystery shoppers to focus on beer and cider quality during their audits.
