GLASGOW restaurant La Bonne Auberge has introduced a new wine list with a focus on French Mediterranean flavours.
The new list, which is sourced from Matthew Clark, was designed to fit with the menu in the restaurant, which is part of the Holiday Inn Theatreland hotel. Restaurant manager Diana Espersen said the new wine list “offers excellence, variety and value”.
“As a French Mediterranean brasserie, we naturally lean towards wines from those regions, so the range includes many varietals from France, Spain and Italy,” said Esperson.
“However, as we pride ourselves on offering a full selection, wines from New Zealand, Chile, South Africa and the USA also feature.”
