HUNTINGDON House in Dumfries has come onto the books of property agent Bruce & Co.
Said to have been under its current ownership since 2005, the hotel is being sold due to retirement.
The hotel comprises eight en suite letting rooms, a 35-cover restaurant and a 25-capacity bar. There’s also three-bedroom owner’s accommodation to the rear of the property.
Selling agent Bruce & Co said the business is trading successfully but there is “still potential for a new owner to further increase the income”.
Huntingdon House is priced at £499,950 for the freehold.
