THE Carrick Lodge Hotel in Ayr is on the market after ten years under the same ownership.
The property, which is being jointly marketed by Smith & Clough and Christie & Co, comprises seven letting rooms, a bar area, function room, three private dining areas and a main dining room.
Graeme Smith of Smith & Clough said with 160 covers, the hotel represents a “fantastic opportunity for a chef owner”.
