AN Art Deco-styled restaurant in Stonehaven is on the market, available as a new lease or freehold purchase.

Described as a “rare but authentic” property, the B-listed Carron Restaurant can accommodate 100 covers.
The eatery has been operated by Robert and Jacki Cleaver for the past nine years and, according to The Restaurant Agency, which is handling the sale, offers “consistent turnover levels around the £450,000 mark”.
“This is an amazing opportunity to lease or own a unique restaurant and trading platform, with a back-drop to the 1930s and a genuine Art Deco theme,” said Restaurant Agency director Alan Goldie.
Offers over £115,000 are sought for the leasehold going concern along with a ten, 15 or 20-year lease at a starting rent of £30,000 per annum; the freehold has a price tag of £525,000.
