• The Sutherland Inn in Brora attracted twelve separate viewings from potential buyers.

A HIGHLAND inn has changed hands after nine years under its former owner.

The Sutherland Inn in the village of Brora, in north east Scotland, was sold at asking price after attracting twelve separate viewings.
The property had been placed on the market after the owner decided to focus on other business interests.
“Sutherland Inn provided an excellent opportunity,” said Jayne Adamson of selling agent Bruce & Co.
“We are delighted we were able to achieve an asking price offer for our clients and I’d like to wish them luck in their other business ventures.”
