THE Thistle Hotel in Milnathort, Perth and Kinross, is on the market for the first time in 30 years.
The six-bedroom hotel currently operates under management, but has been owned by local firm Alexander Harley Seeds since 1984.
Public areas of the hotel include a bar, restaurant and function room; there’s also a private car park.
Selling agent Colliers International is inviting offers around £350,000 for the freehold.
The property firm’s Alistair Letham said: “The Thistle Hotel serves not only the local community through its bar and catering facilities but attracts custom, commercial and tourist, to its refurbished bedrooms.”
