MAXXIUM UK, distributor of The Famous Grouse whisky range, has launched a new exploration-themed campaign for peated blend The Black Grouse.

The activity, featuring explorers Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Ben Fogle, Olly Hicks and Kenton Cool, will include two signature events – at the Natural History Museum in London on July 8 and The Hub in Edinburgh on September 9 – where the explorers will speak about the challenges they have faced on their various expeditions.
There will also be sampling activity at a number of outdoor pursuit festivals and events throughout 2014 and 2015.
Maxxium UK marketing controller Johna Penman said the new marketing initiative is “an exciting opportunity to bring the distinctive character behind our brand to life”.
