A HOTEL on Dumfries and Galloway’s ‘Tiger Trail’ of premier golf courses has come onto the books of Colliers International.
The Powfoot Golf Hotel on the north shores of the Solway Firth overlooks Powfoot golf links, an 18-hole British championship course which forms part of the trail.
Public areas at the 25 letting room hotel include a lounge area and bar, restaurant with cocktail bar, and function and meeting rooms.
A separate two-bedroom cottage located alongside the hotel is included in the sale.
Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the business would be ideal for “enthusiastic resident owners”.
