A STIRLINGSHIRE village inn with multiple income streams has come onto the market.
The Kirkhouse Inn in Strathblane is set in 1.69 acres and comprises 15 letting bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, coffee shop and residents’ lounge.
Alan Creevy of property firm CDLH, which is handling the sale, said the inn offers potential for further development.
“The Kirkhouse Inn has an enviable location at the heart of the village of Strathblane, just north of Bearsden and Milngavie,” he said.
“The property was placed on the market at the beginning of April 2014 and there is already a number of interested parties considering various options for the property.”
The Kirkhouse Inn is on the market at offers over £675,000.
