A PERTH guest house has changed hands in a deal brokered by property agent Bruce & Co.
Achnacarry guest house was marketed by the property firm as an “ideal lifestyle opportunity” with the potential to introduce owner’s accommodation or increase the letting facilities from four en suite rooms to five by converting a single room on the first floor.
Jayne Adamson, sales manager at Bruce & Co, said: “Achnacarry guest house offered an excellent opportunity for the new owner and was presented in walk in condition.”
The guest house was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £340,000 for the freehold.
