TWO Italian brothers have brought their restaurant brand to Scotland with the opening of Osteria del Tempo Perso in Edinburgh.
The restaurant, on Bruntsfield Place, is owned by Matteo and Marco Iacobelli, who opened their original business in Casalvieri in Italy 11 years ago.
Francesco Campo, manager of the new Edinburgh restaurant, said: “Osteria del Tempo Perso is a very successful restaurant and wine bar in Italy and this is the first sister restaurant of the original.
“The building we’re in has been totally refurbished, with a new kitchen, seating area and bar area added to it.
“We have over 60 different types of wine and most of the food on the menu is based on family recipes.”
